Description : Liet is one of Shanin Betandi's more unusual associates. While that adjective could apply to almost anyone that Shanin meets in the course of business, it is especially justified with Liet. He tends to appear unexpectedly during crises and almost as if he has come out of nowhere, then vanish just as quickly. Liet is rarely seen outside ICV Diamond Shard and Masquerades.
